I love going to the gym and am doing my best to be at my top shape for this spring. I need a spotter for bench as I want to start getting on the bigger weights. My arms and chest workouts are Mondays and Thursdays at 3:30 pm give or take. Let me know if you go to the gym at that time too and want to help for this one exercise. Peace.
