Will be sharing an EV apartment (with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom) with another subleter.
Utilities included.
Kitchenware, TV, comfortable sofas for your use.
Must be willing to water and take care of plants in the garden (takes about 15 minutes every other day, or every day in hot weather) and is welcome to enjoy the free fruits and vegetables that sprout over the summer!
