Subletting a room in a nice, fully-furnished 4br house in Palo Alto, from April 1 st to ~ June 20th (start date can be moved forward by up to 3 days if needed). The house is located on Greer Road, a quiet and nice residential area of Palo Alto, close to everything: 10-15 mins driving (<30 mins biking) to Stanford campus, <3 mins driving to get on 101, <4 mins driving to Safeway Store, walking distance to Greer Park.

This is the biggest bedroom in the house with nice day light. Queen-size bed with desk, lamp, closet, bookshelf and chair included. The room shares bathroom between 2. The house is fully shared by 4 Stanford Graduate Students including myself now. All the roommates are nice and clean. None of us are party animals. The house is very well maintained and the landlord family only moved out 2 years ago for an international work assignment. One family member still lives close by and very responsive to any needs.

Parking, laundry, use of garden, living room, eat-in kitchen (with all the kitchenware and machines) included, $1100 monthly rent (exclude utility) – need to rent the full 3 month term, $600 down payment once contract signed (a lease must be signed at least a month before move-in, the early the better).
