Wall to wall carpeted, large closet, 12"x12"room (housemate will move out March 20).
I could provide bed and nightable if needed. You will share the bathroom with another housemate (male). If you are a female, you could share my bathroom (I have the master bedroom).

Full house privileges. Washer and dryer and a storage area in the garage and in the shed (backyard). Driveway for 3 cars.

Rent $750 plus utilities (120 dollars at the most in the peak summer days because of the AC, PGE and Internet).
