Hello,

My name is Helen and I am a current Stanford co-term looking to sublet my room in a house located at 1400 College Ave, Palo Alto (it is right behind Rains). It is still close enough to bike to campus (I don't have a car). I am currently living with 3 friends Patrick, Shannon, and Lisa (all doing research on campus/co-terming) - they are great house mates and are clean, quiet, friendly, fun people. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other housemate. The house has a kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.

Move in date would be March 31st and move out date would be the end of June (no summer renting unfortunately). Rent is $825 a month + utilities (it is usually around $875-900 a month).
