Clean, spacious, comfortable 1 BR with full-sized bed (and memory foam mattress), dresser, closet, desk available in a Rains 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment is also furnished with large TV, table, couch, guest bed, coffee table, and numerous kitchen appliances (food processor, stand mixer, knives, dishes, etc). I will have my personal objects out in time for your arrival, though am happy to lend you my guest bedding, towels, etc for the summer if that would be helpful. Friendly, tidy, and fun roommate will be around for parts of the summer and loves to cook! Directly on campus, very close to everything. Rent is $972/month, and I'll of course pro-rate based on the number of weeks stayed.
