Hi, I'm a male undergrad student looking for a place to stay of the summer
My dates are from 6/17~ 9/7 for 12 weeks.
I'm a very responsible person and I like to keep my room clean. (Also, I don't smoke and I don't like to party in my room).

I'm even willing to pay a bit extra since I heard undergrads aren't supposed to get sublets.
