This bedroom in a 2-bdr EV lowrise is available for sublet from mid June to beginning September (dates slightly flexible). Completely furnished and includes all utilities. Sofas, TV, Kitchen appliances, etc. Will share with another female subletter. I am paying $972 a month but will consider a discount for someone who can take good care of my plants (have many).
