I am looking to sublet my Escondido Village (EV) lowrise room this summer. I am located in a two-bedroom EV low rise apartment, in building 18.

Renovations were just completed on Building 18 one week ago. I moved in yesterday with new heating, windows, paint, carpet, tile, and a thorough cleaning.

Apartment will be available from June 15 - September 21. I am flexible on move in and move out dates within that range. Apartment leases for $972/month and we can work out a daily rate for the days when you'll actually be living in the apartment. This price includes all utilities and laundry is unlimited and free (a short walk away).
