I'm renting my bedroom in a 4-room Munger Apartment this summer. You'll have a private bathroom as well as access to a full kitchen (with two fridges) and living room.

Bedroom is one of the biggest Munger rooms I've seen and has a huge closet.

Dates are June 8th-August 18th (can be somewhat flexible if you want it for less time) and the rent is $1275/month.
