I have a nicely decorated, fully furnished bedroom in Escondido village, with 1 friendly girl roommate.
The house is a two-storey villa with the living room and kitchen on the first floor and a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are microwaves, refrigerators, electrical stoves in the kitchen.
The rent is $1000 per month. Available from June 13 to Sep 20.
