Studio summer sublet available. I am a graduate student away for the summer. The studio is available 18 June to mid September, but dates are negotiable. Great place for one person or a couple.

It is located in Escondido Village, Studio 6. It is on the fourth floor. The place is quiet, and very private - unlike most studios there is no building across so none can see in. Nice view of the park. There is a BBQ downstairs, and basketball and tennis courts round the corner. Parking is available for about $25 a month.

It comes with a double bed, sofa, desk, big closet, breakfast table, three bar stools and lots of floor lighting. I can also leave you my sheets, pillows, towels, plates, glasses etc, so you won't have to worry about purchasing any of that for the summer. Laundry on site.

The monthly rent is $1265, which I can prorate according to length of your stay.
