I am a graduating SLS student offering my room in a large 4 bedroom home in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of SF. The sublet runs from June 15 through September 30 and is not negotiable. The room is fully furnished, as is the rest of the house. You will share a bathroom with one other resident. Rent is $750/month plus utilities.
