I will be posting pictures and room dimensions within the week. For now, here's a description.
Looking to sublet the larger of two bedrooms in a 2BR/1BA low-rise EV apartment. Low-rise means the building is 2 stories: the kitchen and living room are downstairs and the bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
The two bedrooms were designed to accomodate a family with children, but are now being rented out to non-couple students. The larger of the two rooms is the one available. It is furnished with a queen bed, 2 closets, a 4'x8' whiteboard mounted on the far wall, and a desk, chair, and several bookshelves. The typical furnishings are provided in the living room and kitchen, and a microwave, coffee maker, and espresso machine will be available for use as well. There is also an additional twin bed in the living room that works great for housing friends overnight. The building is next door to the laundry room and drop-off location for J&P organics produce boxes (see map below).
Female applicants preferred, but accommodations are amenable to a courteous couple who could share the space / rent. This is what I did with my boyfriend last summer with no problem. Please be aware that there will be another female resident living in the other room.
The rent is $960/month for an individual and $1000/month for a couple. Move in date would be on or after June 12, and move out date on or before Sept 13. Preference given to those who would be paying rent for the whole summer.
If interested, please contact me and we can meet over coffee. I will also gladly show a tour of the apartment.
**I did not take the photo below, but it is representative of my building.
