I am subletting a one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Escondido Village South low-rise during the summer.
Who: Single Male Stanford affiliate
Where: Right beside the Escondido Road and the Graduate Community Center
Rent: $850/month (Standard Stanford's Monthly Rate is $876)
Dates: Jun 13 - Sep 15 (flexible)
This is a 2-floor 3 bedroom apartment. The living room and kitchen are in the 1st floor. The bedrooms and the bathroom are in 2nd floor.
You can use fully equipped kitchen (no microwave oven though).
All the furniture is also equipped in your bedroom (bed, mattress, desk, bookshelf, closet, and desk light). Outside of the window there is a large green grass field. The room is full of light, especially in the afternoon.
The laundry room is next to the building.
If you like, you can use my bike during your stay.
My two roommates will probably stay during the summer.
To be eligible to sublet, you must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, or a temporary Stanford affiliate. Only those who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. (Please check here if you are not sure: http://www.stanford.edu/dept/rde/cgi-bin/drupal/housing/sublicense/eligibility/sublicensee)
After agreement on dates and price, we will sign a standard Stanford sublicense agreement.

If interested, please contact me. I am glad to show a tour of the apartment upon request.
