I am subletting a one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Escondido Village low-rise during the summer. Near El camino Real.

Who: Single Male Stanford affiliate
Where: Right beside the Escondido Road and the Graduate Community Center
Rent: $972/month (Standard Stanford's Monthly Rate is $972) and a one time fee of $30 dollar for Stanford facilities per quarter.
Dates: Jun 15 - Aug 15

This is a 2-floor 3 bedroom apartment. The living room and kitchen are in the 1st floor. The bedrooms and the bathroom are in 2nd floor.
You can use fully equipped kitchen
All the furniture is also equipped in your bedroom (bed, mattress, desk, bookshelf, closet, and desk light). Outside of the window there is a large green grass field. The room is full of light, especially in the afternoon.
The laundry room is next to the building.

My two roommates will probably stay during the summer. They are Stanford PhD student.

Stanford Affiliates only (no undergrad, sorry). Should be male.

Deposit fee would be $200. If there is no damage of the room after the subletting period, this fee will be returned.

Free wireless Internet connection. Free laundry room access. Free electricity and water usage.

To be eligible to sublet, you must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, or a temporary Stanford affiliate. Only those who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply.
