I'd like to sublet my bedroom for this summer.

【Place】 close to the intersection of Serra st. and Campus Dr.
(The closest to the center of campus compared to other EV houses)

【Rent】 $950/month (including all the cost of utilities, laundry, and the high-speed internet)
(We can work out a daily rate for the days when you will be living in the apartment.)

【Dates】 flexible as long as it is somewhere between 6/15 and 9/15

The living room, kitchen are in the 1st floor. The bedrooms, bathroom and a storage cabin are in 2nd floor.
You can use fully equipped kitchen, including the dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave.
All the furniture is also equipped in your bedroom (bed, desk, bookshelf, closet, and desk light).
If you want, you can use my bike during your stay. Also the Marguerite bus stop is very close.

My current roommate is leaving after the Spring quarter.
