Location - close to the intersection of Serra st. and Campus Dr.
(The closest to the center of campus compared to other EV houses)
The Marguerite bus stop is very close.

Rent - $972/month (including all the cost of utilities, laundry, and the high-speed internet)

Dates - flexible as long as it is somewhere between 6/15 and 9/22

The living room, kitchen are in the 1st floor. The bedrooms, bathroom and a storage cabin are in 2nd floor.
You can use fully equipped kitchen, including the refrigerator, microwave, crockery, toaster etc
All the furniture is also equipped in your bedroom (bed, desk, bookshelf, closet, and desk light).

My current roommate is clean, friendly and is a local.
