I'm looking for a female (preferably college student-aged) to take my spot in a double in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house over the summer (Mid May to August). My roommate will barely be there, might come by once or twice all sumer so you will basically have a single.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, sink, etc.), a front porch, a side porch, a roof deck, in-unit washer/dryer, an electric fireplace, and a 10ft. screen with HD projector. It is located 10 min. from the Downtown Berkeley BART station and 15 min. from the UC Berkeley campus.

The room has a walk-in closet and a bay window, but will need you to have bed, desk provided.

Rent includes utilities (~$20/month).
