This is one room of a three occupancy house on Stanford University campus. This is a student dormitory house. I will be in another state for intern this summer so the room is for rent.
The area is called Escondido Village, right next to city of Palo Alto, also close to Mountain View and San Jose.
The room is available for three months in summer. (from June 18th to September 18th. ) monthly rent is $700, 2 months rent is minimum.
All basic furniture provided: 1 single bed, 1 desk, 2 bookshelves, 2 huge wardrobe and several wooden chairs.
Since the room is on campus, safety is guaranteed. No worries about noise. According to university rule, no dogs and cats.
