I plan to sublet my apartment for three months (twelve weeks from 07/01 to 09/21) as I won't be on campus. It is only available for Stanford affiliates. This is a two storied house in Hoskins CT, Escondido Village shared by three people. The first floor has shared kitchen, living room and storage space. The second floor has three individual rooms and shared bathroom. I have attached pictures.

Front of the apartment is the car park and at the back is children's playground. My room is at the ideal location.

My roommates are nice, peaceful guys. We try to keep our place reasonably clean. Right now it is a bit messy but I will make sure the common areas and my room are well clean before I leave for the summer. Last two years sublets paid me the full amount ($2550) up front and had a peaceful time while I was away. Safety deposit is $150 for any critical damage, which I will promptly return after I get back in September.

We will sign an agreement when I get the check from you...no hassle. Clean deal :)

Also the place is only available for singles, no families or couples. It does not matter to me whether you stay partial period etc but I intend to get the full three months rent.
