I am subletting a one bedroom in a double bedroom triple occupancy apartment in Escondido Village low-rise during the summer.

Rent: $655/month (Standard Stanford's Monthly Rate is $655) and a one time fee of $30 dollar for Stanford facilities per quarter.
Dates: Jun 19 - Sep 14

You can use fully equipped kitchen

All the furniture is also equipped in your bedroom (bed, mattress, desk, bookshelf, closet, and desk light). Outside of the window there is a large green grass field. The room is full of light, especially in the afternoon.
The laundry room is 3 min walking from the building.

Deposit fee would be $200. If there is no damage of the room after the subletting period, this fee will be returned.

Free wireless Internet connection. Free laundry room access. Free electricity and water usage.

To be eligible to sublet, you must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, or a temporary Stanford affiliate. Only those who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. After agreement on dates and price, we will sign a standard Stanford sublicense agreement.
