I have a fully furnished (bed, desk, chairs) EV studio available for rent 6/12 - 9/20. Private bathroom and kitchen.
Located on first floor of Studio 1 (736 Escondido Rd). The view from the window is green and pretty.
The price is based on studio rents (1222 per month until September 1 and 1265 per month afterwards).

1. I prefer to rent it to one person. If you are two, or want to share it with someone else, or you have a frequent guest, it won't be desired.
2. I will leave some of my stuff underneath the bed, and it should be okay with you.
3. I will leave the dishes & you can use them.
4. Only Stanford affiliates ( you should be eligible for housing). I will sign a contract with you now at the housing office, if we agree.
5. The price you pay is for the whole period. I do not sublet it for a part of this period.
