I'm offering my furnished Escondido Village apartment for sublet between mid-June and mid-September (dates flexible). I am asking for a $100 fully refundable deposit.

The apartment is two-stories and located near El Cerrito and Serra St. It includes a twin bed, desk, two bookshelves, dresser, a huge closet, and an end table, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Utilities, including wifi and unlimited laundry, are included in the price. It's a great apartment, centrally located between downtown and campus.

I have one roommate who will be staying for the summer, and the third room will most likely be empty. She is responsible and clean, and very easy going.
