I'm subletting my bedroom for the dates of June 15th-August 25th. You will be sharing a 4-bedroom house with my three housemates (all female Stanford medical students). The room shares a bathroom with the neighboring 2 bedrooms. The bedroom will be furnished with a bed, dresser, bookshelf, table and chairs. The house is in a very new neighborhood in East Palo Alto near University Square Park. It's about a 25 minute bike ride to Stanford Campus. There is a 2-car garage and plenty of street parking.

The price is $2500 + $200 refundable deposit for the entire period. I would like to sublease to someone who will be able to pay the full amount + deposit up front. Females only please. My roommates are very respectful, quiet and clean, but also very social and friendly. We are looking for someone who is the same.
