We are a creatively oriented, 6 person collective looking for a wonderful person to sublet a sunny beautiful room for June, July, August and/or September. If staying for more than one month, you might have to move rooms, but they are all wonderful!

We are a collection of musicians, artists, students, healers and activists (only on of us is Stanford affiliated). We enjoy hanging out together in the kitchen over tea and chocolate chips and cheese. We keep variable hours, but are respectful of each others' need for quiet... and for revelry within reason. We appreciate delicious, healthy food, ridiculous humor & chores done regularly. We are looking for a like-hearted person who wants to live in a warm & supportive community for the summer month/s.

All the rooms available for sublet have windows with amazing views, hardwood floors, and closets.

Back deck & garden
A few blocks from Glen Canyon (open space preserve)
10 min walk to Bart & several bus lines closer than that
Ample street parking
Garage with plenty of storage space & hooks to hang bikes
2.5 bathrooms (2 with tubs)
Washer & dryer
We have a very friendly cat & we are very friendly housemates

Home/community logistics:
We each contribute $150 per month toward groceries - organic and non-GMO
We each cook a vegetarian communal dinner with a buddy once per week
We use a chore wheel & each put in an hour or so of cleaning/chore-doing weekly
We have house meetings about once per month, usually involving ice cream or something tasty.
Bills tend to be about $50 a month.
