I'm subletting one room of double efficiency in EV highrise Blackwelder.

You have your own private fully furnished bedroom and share a kitchen and a bathroom with my lovely roommate.

Time: June 3rd to mid/late September (prefer to rent it to out to someone who wants it for at least 3 full months)

Rate: university housing standards (June-Aug $698/month，Sep722/month; Plus a once-off $60 'communications' fee for unlimited internet and landline phone -unlimited calls to US numbers; $300 refundable security deposit)

Gender preference: female
