I will be subletting my apartment in Rains from June 24th to September 20nd, 2013. I would prefer someone who can stay the whole time, but it can be flexible. It is a 2 bedroom apartment and I am subletting one room. It has a bedroom and shared kitchen and living room. Apt has all utilities (free laundry in separate room) and tons of kitchen stuff. The apartment is in the quad closest to campus drive, so a quick bike ride to campus. Females only. University rate: 972$/month.
