I am subletting my room in EV Building 33 (http://campus-map.stanford.edu/), which is a three bedroom lowrise with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Two other female students will also be living here in the summer, but you will have your own room. This is a very quiet location with picnic tables outside, right next to the tennis courts and basketball courts. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, espresso machine, many pots and dishes (though you are welcome to bring your own), general living room furnishings (bookshelf, couch, coffee table). The room itself has a south-facing window, two bookshelves, a dresser, desk, and closet. I can also leave my lamps here if you like! There is permit parking outside, a bus stop about 5 minutes away, and caltrain about a 12-15 minute walk away. Free laundry is only a 2 minute walk away, and there is wi-fi access throughout the house, as well as an ethernet connection. Utilities and simple repairs (lightbulbs, leaks, etc.) are included in the rent price.

I am subletting my place for 3 months at a rate of $846 a month, which is what I normally pay. I am looking for someone to start subletting in mid-June (probably after the 14th, but flexible start) until the start of the fall quarter in September (probably around September 20th or so), but these dates are flexible, and multiple short-term subletters could also be an option, though less preferable.
