I am subletting my room in 3BR APT of Escondido Village from June 24th to August 10th. There is free shuttle stop a few steps away. The apartment is only 5 min bike ride to the center of campus.

Rent: $850 per month. $1350 for the whole period. Plus $500 deposit. If there is no damage after the subletting period, this deposit will be fully returned. Rent rate can be negotiated.

Included: water, electricity, wifi and furniture.
