Hi everyone,

I am a graduate student, and I am leaving the area for the summer and would like to sublet a beautiful room in Rains (most awesome graduate residence that there is). It is in a 2-bedroom apartment.

I am looking for a male student.

I will give priority to those taking the room for all 3 months

My dates are June 14th - September 11th.

The price I am asking for is $1,025 per month. Also, the internet fee is around $60 for all three months.
