I'm looking for a male student to sublet one room in a furnished two-room Escondido Village lowrise for the summer.

Lots to recommend about the place -- right on the corner of Campus and Serra for quick access to campus and bus access. You won't find a more convenient spot in EV if you're working on campus this summer. Free laundry in the adjacent building. Parking is ample. My roommate is super quiet, clean, and rarely here. Lots of kitchen and cleaning appliances at your disposal. No charges for utilities, gas, electric, etc.
