Looking for Housemate: 4BR +2½BA House in Mountain View

We're looking for one new housemates to live in a large 4 bedroom, 2½ bathroom house. We've been renting this place for three years, and one of our roommates is leaving early to pursue a PhD at Yale.

The room will be available around start of July (flexible), and the lease then renews on September 1st for a full year. We are firm on finding someone for the length of that year, no less.

The house itself is great:

A mile from Castro street in Mountain View (Caltrain is at the end of Castro);
Quiet and safe neighborhood;
Two dining rooms;
Great kitchen with gas stove and double sink;
Big living room with four couches and a huge TV with Wii, PS3, Xbox and media center;
Two garage spot (shared, we swap each month), and driveway parking with plenty of street parking;
Large back yard, perfect to have friend over and grill on our 3 BBQs and eat at the patio table;
Washer and dryer;
Two fireplaces;
Wired and wireless internet to all the rooms, with Comcast business (27/7 Mbps);
Next to two pharmacies, Jamba Juice, bagel shop, Chipotle;
A mile and a half to Whole Foods and San Antonio shopping center (Trader Joe's, Safeway, Milk Pail, Bevmo).
The three of us are in our mid-20s, have steady jobs in tech, we're clean (go Roomba!) and mostly quiet, though we sometimes have people over for BBQs and board game nights. We're looking for fun guys or girls to join us.

The room available is the smaller (but by no means small) upstairs bedroom — $1070/month, going up by $50 in September. Security deposit and last month of rent are at 2010 lease price of $1020 each, due at signing.

Utilities, water, trash, and internet are not included and total ~$65/month/person, gardening service is included. The room isn't furnished.

Unfortunately the lease forbids pets.
