Leaving for a summer internship in NYC. Looking to sublet my place. Its a double. My roommate will be around. Very clean, quiet, and enjoyable to be around. The place has a car port for free parking. Also street parking is available. Its off campus. Nice quiet area. California ave has a bunch of fantastic restaurants and bars. And is about 5 min walk from the CalTrain. Looking for someone neat and clean. Bed/Flat Screen/Couch/Dresser/Microwave/ etc are all available for during this time. The $950 doesnt include utils... That usually runs $50 a month.
