I am subletting my room in 3BR APT of Escondido Village from June 24th to August 10th. There is free shuttle stop a few steps away. The apartment is only 5 min bike ride to the center of campus. There is a large living room, spacious kitchen with dining table on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the second floor so it's very quiet.

Rent: $850 per month. $1350 for the whole period. Plus $500 deposit. If you need an earlier move in date we can arrange for that. If there is no damage after the subletting period, this deposit will be fully returned.

Included in the rent: water, electricity, wifi and furniture.
