I am looking to sublet my room in a furnished 2 bedroom Rains Apartment for the summer for any period in 6 June - 20 September. It is spacious with a large dining hall and large shared bathroom.

I am currently paying ~$970 for my room, but the rent is negotiable.

Utilities, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, couch, bed, closet, dresser, study table, chairs, dining table, etc are all provided. Computer room and laundry room equipped with 4-5 washing machines and 6-7 dryers within 10-15 feet of apartment.

The apartment is located next to the Campus Drive, Bowdoin Street intersection with a bus stop a 1 min walk away.
