Hello! I'm subletting my room in a 2BR/1BA cottage in Menlo Park. It will come fully furnished with a dresser, bed, desk, and nightstand. My roommate is a wonderful and fun Geology Ph.D. student and we are looking for something also fun, clean, and respectful (of course). The room will be available from August 11th to September 25th or so. The cottage is a block from Santa Cruz Ave, an easy 2 mi. bike ride from campus, and steps away from Trader Joes and the farmer's market. It also has a lovely backyard and garden with grills - perfect for summer BBQs!

Rent is $1197.50 a month, plus a little bit for heating/cooling. There is one parking spot available for a car.
