I'm offering my furnished Escondido Village apartment for sublet between mid-June and mid-September (dates flexible but no earlier that June 10 and no later than September 15).

The apartment has two-stories and is located near Hulme Court. It includes a single bed, desk, one bookshelve, dresser, a huge closet, a desk and a chair, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Utilities, including wifi and unlimited laundry, are included in the price. It's a great apartment, centrally located between downtown and campus. The shuttle bus is right next to the house, which makes commuting both around the campus, Caltrain, as well as shopping very convenient.

I have one roommate who will be staying for the summer, and the third room will be empty. My roommate is very quiet, responsible, clean, and easy going.

The rent is 800 USD per month. It is possible to rent for a shorter period than the one indicated above.
