The apartment is right on Ayrshire Farm Lane, ground floor facing the parking lot, easy in/out when carrying groceries and such.

There is a shared kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. The living room has a couch, TV, and other furniture. There's also a shared bathroom. The bedroom comes with a standard Twin XL bed, desk, dresser, nightstand, and shelves, in addition to one closet in the room, and a total of 3 shared closets in the common areas.
