Howdy,

I'm looking to sublet my room (18ft x 12ft) in a large 6 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in Menlo Park this summer. The room is available for apx 8 weeks, beginning 6/15.

Room includes queen size bed, desk, book shelf, closet (5ft) , 2 night stands, couch (folds out into bed), 23" computer monitor, and small fridge located in the closet. Room has hardwood floors. 2 windows, and screen doors leading to a large private balcony.

Shared full bath, washer & dryer, kitchen (2 fridges), and cable/wifi.

The house is currently occupied by 5 grad students/young professionals (26 to 34). We all get along and enjoy a nice, friendly, social atmosphere. We each do our own thing, but enjoy spending one night a week eating dinner together. We've even been known to have summer BBQ's and even make smores in the toaster oven from time to time.

Room is near intersection of Willow & US 101 and is within biking distance of Stanford Univ (14-22min bike ride) and walking distance of downtown Palo Alto (University Ave)

Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Occasional overnight guests are fine.
