Just remember that this book is not available on Amazon or other sites. It is only sold by Stanford bookstore, meaning that it will be very costly (around 200). I also bought this one from SUpost, and I paid quite a bit. I would like to sell this book at a reasonable price, $ 120 (I am leaving soon). This one is in very good condition.
