I am a PhD student at Standford and I am looking for a new roommate (my roommate of almost 2 years is moving). A little about the place: within biking distance from Stanford and 1 mile from California Ave Caltrain. Large garage used for storage. Plenty of parking available on the cross street Loma Verde. Washer and Dryer. Everything is furnished except for the soon to be empty bedroom. A little about myself: I have 3 very awesome dogs and lead a very active lifestyle. When I'm not in lab working I'm either cooking, lifting weights, or out with my dogs on a hike. The move-in timing is pretty flexible (the room will be available in a week but I'd be open to later move-in date if someone is away for the summer). I am looking for someone to commit to 1 year lease. Rent is 1150/mo and utilities are usually an extra $200.
