I am a female Stanford graduate student living in a great apartment in downtown Palo Alto. My roommates are moving out this summer and I am looking for two new people to take their place starting September for a long-term (at least academic year) lease.
The apartment is in a house located in downtown Palo Alto on Waverley Street, walking distance from University Avenue - about 2.7 miles from Stanford. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a small backyard, large living room and kitchen.

One available room is the master bedroom (180 sq ft) and comes with its own attached master bath. Rent: $1500/mo (includes water/garbage, does not include PG&E)

The other room is a smaller one, which shares a bathroom with my room. This room is $1200.
