I am subleasing my room in 2-BR apartment on campus from Aug 30 to September 20, 2013. The apartment is in McFarland Court, Escondido Village.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. For the first 1.5 - 2 weeks the other room will be empty and in the last week another guy will be occupying the second bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a desktop, couch chair, leather desk chair, lamp, bed, mattress, closet, storage space. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, oven. Laundry, internet, water, heating, electricity etc. is included in the rent. Its a comfy apartment. The monthly rent is $655.
