I am a second-year master's student looking for a flat-mate for this coming year for a great apartment just off campus. The apartment is on the first block of Wellesley St off of Stanford Ave, next to a park and literally 20 yards from the edge of Escondido Village (bonus: only 3 blocks from Starbucks!). JJ&F is easily walkable along with all of California Ave. I've been living here for a year so the apartment is quite well furnished (apart from the room for rent) with couches, dining room table, kitchen-ware, and TV. There is a small private patio off the back door.

The room itself is quite large (fits my old flat-mates California King reasonably comfortably), has a large sliding-door closet, large window, and own bathroom (not directly connected though). Carpeted floors throughout the apartment (not kitchen or bathrooms) and was newly renovated the summer before I moved in.

Move-in: Beginning of Sept
Rent: $1300/month (plus splitting cable/wireless/utilities however we decide)

*Preferably looking for a fellow student or a young professional
*Splitting the room between two people (SO or friend for cheaper housing) might be a possibility
*My landlady will have last say in the rentee, so she will be vetting as well
