1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Palo Alto (long-term lease only)! Base rent is $1,155 + utilities (which usually runs around $50-$60 per month per person).
The available unfurnished bedroom is 10ft x 12ft so it is large and can easily fit a Queen-sized bed with a lot of extra room to spare. There is essentially a walk-in closet with sliding mirror doors. You will share a bathroom with one other friendly female.
The rest of the apartment is already furnished: living room, kitchen, and dining room. Lots of storage space in the apartment and also at a separate storage unit provided by the complex. Apartment complex has 3 pools, 2 gyms, and is right next to a large park with soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, a playground, and running/walking paths.
Some more about the people you will be living with:
Roommate 1 is currently working at a tech company in the area. She is originally from southern California and spent a few years working in the LA area before moving up to the Bay Area this summer. In her free time she likes to watch Netflix/Hulu, go on short hikes, sample delicious foods, and just relax and hang out in general.
Roommate 2 is a PhD at Stanford. She's originally from the East Coast (Maryland) and decided to move over to California a year ago to start school here. In her free time she likes to go salsa-dancing, watching Bollywood movies, and work on arts & crafts (she self-paints the small pots holding the different plants around the apartment and one of her paintings is currently also in the bathroom that you both will share).
This place is also pet-friendly. $500 deposit at move-in and $50 per month in pet rent.
And again, long-term (1-year) lease only. Thank you! Please e-mail for more information and to schedule a time to come see the place.
