Studio sublet available. I am a graduate student away from 20th November to beginning of January. Dates are negotiable - you can rent the place for a week over Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the entire period. Great place for one person or a couple. The rate is 80$ per day, 500$ per week or 1500$ per month. Includes utilities and parking.

It is located in Escondido Village, on Stanford campus. It is on the fourth floor. The place is quiet, and very private - unlike most studios there is no building across so noone can see in. Nice view of the park. There is a BBQ downstairs, and basketball and tennis courts round the corner.

It comes with a double bed, sofa, desk, big closet, breakfast table, three bar stools and lots of floor lighting. I can also leave you my sheets, pillows, towels, plates, glasses etc, so you won't have to worry about purchasing any of that for the summer. Laundry on site.
