The house: 2 stories, with living room, a dining room, family room + indoor laundry room to store stuff in :)

Your roommates: Young professional women in their 20s and 30s, easy going, independent, and fun to be around!

The house is very new, bright, modern, and "fresh" feeling. All appliances are new, we have very nice amenities:

Rent: $750/month Utilities would be split evenly across housemates. Utilities average ~$35-40/month including internet + house cleaner.
