What you get:

• 4 weeks of progressive workouts tailored to your abilities and goals.
• Unlimited videos of your workouts e-mailed to me for review.
• 1 hr initial meeting where we: assess your abilities and set reasonable goals.
• 2 hrs of in person coaching scheduled as you see fit during the 4 weeks.
• An option to continue at the end of the 4 weeks with the same deal.

What I expect:
It takes a ton of work to learn how to stand on your hands. You can't be made of sugar and must be willing to put in 3-4 hours of work every week. Don't pay me to motivate you, pay me for guidance through the process. That said, ANYONE can learn how to stand on their hands (provided they don't have some sort of disability). If you want it bad enough it will be yours.

About me:
If you are a regular at Arrillaga you have probably seen me standing on my hands. I have been approached by many people over the years asking how they could learn to stand on their hands. I finally decided that it would be fun to teach others the process my teacher, Ido Portal, taught me. I have coached many other people in the last 5 years (climbing, basic gymnastics, weightlifting, etc.) so if you would like some references I would be happy to share them. I'm a graduate student for my full time job so I'm in the same time crunch as you :)
