One of our roommates is moving out of his 140 sqft bedroom in January. The house is a sunny clean 3 bedroom townhouse in Mountain View. Easy access to HWY 101/85, minutes from Google and blocks from Google trail.

This townhome is a quiet two-story end unit in a safe friendly neighborhood. Several families in the complex work for Stanford. The house has a private entry courtyard with bike storage, backyard with expansive deck and organic garden (we grew delicious tomatoes and eggplants last summer). The 1337sf living space has laminate wood floor throughout, generous storage space, and baseboard heaters with individual control.

All bedrooms are on the top level and the doors have a key lock for extra privacy. The room is medium sized with full closet. The room is unfurnished (you can negotiate to buy a full-sized mattress with sheets and pillows from the outgoing tenant). There is one bathroom that would be shared. You also have full access to the common area downstairs: ½ bath, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and fireplace. You also have the right to a covered parking spot right in front of the house.

I am an easy-going, quiet male in my early 30s working at Stanford. I occupy the master bedroom and keep the house neat (no dishes in the sink and no shoes inside). The other tenant is a quiet male Stanford graduate. Total number of occupants in the house (including you and me) will be only 3. No smoking, drugs, loud parties, or pets, please.
